A good time was had by all at Jekyll Island this past weekend. Our only complaint was that the three day weekend went by way too fast. We're already scheming to get back down there for a few more days.
Rowan loves the beach. He liked digging in the sand, playing in the shallow tide pool, and letting the waves crash into him. He would say "Ohhhh" every time a wave splashed him. It was very cute. He had such a good time messing around that he didn't seem to mind wearing his sun hat. On any other occasion he would have yanked it off his head in disgust and thrown it on the ground.
Jeremy fished for a little bit on Saturday. He didn't catch anything but did, by chance, run into one of his fellow online fishermen friends that lives in that part of the state. Kinda cool.
I'm sure I am leaving out a bunch of details and funny stories. I must be suffering from a case of the Mondays because I am finding it difficult to think and write creatively today.
