The weather has been really nice this weekend. Today we went on a walk to the neighborhood playground. Tomorrow we plan to go to Stone Mountain for a hike with the new baby backpack. It's nice having 70 degree weather in February, but it's also a bit of a tease. It makes the coldness seem colder somehow.
Rowan has started saying new things. He now says "puppy". We have no idea where he picked this up. The other night we saw a phone commercial with Pepe lePew in it and he said something like "Pepe". Tonight we saw a commercial for the Westminster dog show and he said "puppy". I've shown him puppies in a few of his books, but this isn't anything that we've worked on. This is a head scratcher for sure.
He also sings a little song that he made up. It's a two note tune - uh, uh, uh, uh. He gets a little higher with each set of uhs. I think he also said "no" tonight after I told him no when he repeatedly hit me on the side of the head. He wanted to see my earring. Arghhhh....
