Fun stuff

A couple of fun things going on in our world...

• Rowan has eaten rice cereal, pumpkin, and banana. I am happy to report that he is an adventurous eater and has not had any problems so far!
• The music experiment continues. I played Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon over the weekend. He liked it so much he fell asleep during Us and Them. Go figure. We heard one of our neighbors playing disco music while on a walk a few weeks ago. He was captivated by Ring My Bell. Jeremy and I also sing him the Ma Na Ma Na song from the Muppets. He thinks it's pretty hilarious, especially if you whisper it in his ear and then sing it louder (away from his ear, of course). Thankfully, his taste continues to be eclectic and free from annoying kiddie songs. I hope to shelter him from those as long as possible.
• I've tried carrying Rowan on my hip a little this morning. He doesn't hang on with his legs yet but I think he liked the new perspective.
